In this article you are going to read, hindi ito katulad ng mga nababasa mo na puro pabor lang sa company na kanilang pinopromote para lang mapaganda ang tingin ng maraming tao dito. I am going to be neutral on this topic and we are talking about the reality. Magpakatotoo na tayo, let’s be brutally honest with ourselves here.





Maliban sa selfgrowth and life improvement,
network marketing is all about making MONEY. Hindi mo ito pagbubuhusan ng puyat at mahalaga mong oras dahil gusto mo kumita ng malaking pera. I’m sure some of you reading this article will deny it, kung  bakit mo nga ba ginagawa ang network marketing or MLM. Then continue to read this article, its all about reality.

You’re even NOT in a charity. If you are building this business dahil loyal ka sa isang company (dahil pakiramdam mo na it is a good company) or dahil loyal ka kay upline, you will FAIL IN NETWORK MARKETING IF YOUR INTENTION IS NOT VERY CLEAR FROM THE START!
Yes some of us doing this is because of our family, love ones and because of financial freedom. That’s the point! Gusto nating kumita ng ipangakong malaking kitaan ng kumpanyang nakita natin, yan talaga ang dahilan kung bakit natin ngayon ginagawa ito, if it’s not true, then why people who join MLM or network marketing quiting their business kapag nahirapan at di kumita o nakuha yung resultang inaasahan which is what just happening…

A network marketing company (or network marketing for that matter) is just a VEHICLE para makarating dun sa goal mo.

As an independent distributor, you are an entrepreneur! then your job as an independent distributor is to market to create residual income.
An entrepreneur must deal with partners, workers and suppliers. You are NOT in business alone (if you are, then you are not an entrepreneur but a small business person).
Your business will survive if your partners are performing well. In business, people will break partnerships if it isn’t profitable!… The same should apply in your network marketing business as well!

Remember, your company is only a VEHICLE. And If the management team is stuffing up, napakababa lang ng margins of income o hindi magiging profitable ang business, and the other variables do not equate to a profitable business o hindi ka kumikita. Kung walang mangyayari then it’s better to find another team or company!

Remember this golden rule: Mixing business with emotions is a recipe for disaster!

Working With The Right People

It is important that uplines and crosslines are supportive people. It is also important that they have a character of leadership and marketing system in place.
There are people who will be there for you through thick and thin. There are even crosslines that are willing to do the same for you and your network. Sila ang mga tao na may malaki ding kinalaman sa iyong tagumpay.
Having these people on your team will definitely grow your business and the ability to leverage on them is very important.

The Right Management Team

Ang management team ay ang backbone ng iyong business. Sila ang iyong tunay na makakasangga sa paglago ng inyong organization (not really your company). This are the team that can help you improve well by their weekly trainings, webinars, leadership, marketing, and skills that you need. How can you survive in the network marketing industry if a team are not teaches a good leadership, marketing ideas or unique selling proposition (USP) to their members to effectively generate cash flow? If not, may reason pa ba para maging loyal?
In this modern days, hindi na yung tatag o ganda ng isang company ang sukatan kung magiging successful ka nga or para salihan na agad.
In order to choose the right company with the right management team, you must do your due diligence on these factors:
  • Their track record – Is the network marketing company backed by a solid track record?
  • Is the team here to stay? There are some network company owners who build and burn and build again. You don’t want to invested interest sa isang company na nandyan ngayon pero wala na bukas!
  • The vision. Does the company have a solid vision and are they actively working towards that vision?
  • The capacity to expand. Kadalasan, when a new startup company is expanding, maaaring magkaroon ito ng cash flow problems kapag di tama ang commissions then biglang dumami ang kanilang sales. They need to build more warehouses, deal with shipment and pay MORE commissions and bank loans when more and more orders are taken. Just because the teams are growing at marami nang pumapasok na sales, it doesn’t mean the company is able to cope.
Sukatin mo maigi kung ang isang grupong sa sasalihan sa isang company ay dedicated at may kakayahan talagang makatulong sayo at magwork out saiyong advantage o hindi…
