When IM first launched ang hindi ko nagustuhan ay mabagal magload ang mga video tutorials nila, but I'm glad na inaayos na nila ang problem na yun now. 

Sa ngayon ang nakikita kong problem is delayed magresponse ang customer support nila which is very important lalo na kapag need ng mga new applicants ng mag-guguide sa kanila.
